About the Contest
Stage 1: In-Dealership Competition
For the In-dealership competition, you will be required to submit a video presentation delivering a vehicle feature, based on a provided customer scenario.
Your video presentation must be submitted by August 1, for a chance to advance to the SEMI-FINAL COMPETITION and Final Competition. Your video submission must be a maximum of 5 minutes in length and 1 GB in size.
Your District Operations Manager will score all in-dealership video submissions and select one winner from each dealership for advancement to the Territory Selection.
Stage 2: Territory Selection
After reviewing the videos of each dealership winner, your District Operations Manager will make their recommendation for the top 2 Sales Consultants to represent your Territory at the SEMI-FINAL COMPETITION.
For the SEMI-FINAL COMPETITION, an independent panel of judges will review District Operations Manager recommendations and will select First and Second Place winners, from each Territory. The number of finalists will depend on how many Territories there are in your Regional Group.
Stage 3: Semi-Final Competition
Territory winners will be required to submit a new 5-minute, 1 GB video for the SEMI-FINAL COMPETITION and earn the right to advance to the Final Competition.
Presentations will be in response to a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL S-AWC customer profile.
The best video submission from each of the three Regional Groups will advance to the FINAL COMPETITION for a total of three sales finalists.
Stage 4: Final Competition
The FINAL COMPETITION will follow the more traditional Full Circle competition, where finalists will be required to leverage the MiDelivery tablet and present a 15-minute delivery presentation; however, this time virtually.
Presentations will be based on the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander LE Premium S-AWC, our “Best Looking Car”.
A new customer profile will be provided, prior to the Final Competition. Upon receipt of the new customer profile, you will be given 24 hours to record and edit your 15-minute delivery presentation and submit it via WeTransfer link.

Final Finalists will be invited to join a video conference, where the 2022 Full Circle Champion will be announced live via Zoom!
